We had a reservation but they were very busy so we had to wait. We ordered drinks at the upstairs bar and staff were very friendly. When we got seated our waitress was busy with a large table so another employee got us water & took our appetizer order. Brussels sprouts were amazing! We also ordered the summer blackberry avocado salad to split and it was delicious. My husband ordered the pork chop dinner and he loved it. I ordered the short rib dinner with fresh cut fries. My short ribs had a large section of pure fat, but the fries were hot and crisp and the asparagus was great. We ordered the peach cinnamon cheesecake to split and it was good. I gave five stars for food because everything other than the short ribs was excellent. We would definitely return to the twisted olive.

Very delicious! We visited during lunch hours and shared a plate of crispy Brussel sprouts and man, they were delicious! They had some bacon and cheese with honey for a great balance of salty and sweet! I ordered the half order of Caesar Salad with grilled chicken and it was good! 2 people ordered the Italian Beef sandwiches and they very much enjoyed them! 1 person ordered Italian Chopped Salad and was reportedly very good as well! The atmosphere was awesome outside with scenic views outside on the patio, we also had the perfect weather! I enjoyed a white sangria and it was delicious! The service staff was very friendly and attentive. Overall, we had a great dining experience and I would recommend!!

Wow. It's dangerous that I live so close to this restaurant. I just moved to the area and have been texting out many restaurants - this one is EASILY the favorite. First of all, this is the only place I've been with a THOROUGH gluten-free menu. I'm not GF nusekr but am always on the lookout because of close friends and loved ones who are. Almost anything you want on the regular menu can be found on the GF one. And they are so used to serving GF guests that they ask you when you arrive if your table needs any GF menus. Even the bread for the table comes in GF, so you will never feel like you're missing out. I tried my friend's GF options, and we both ate the GF bread, and we were both astounded. Nothing tasted like typical GF. There was NO sacrifice for flavor, texture, or quality. We actually had to ask our waiter, "This is the gluten -free bread??" And my friend was so excited to be able the at tiramisu. She said she felt like she was breaking rules for the whole meal...it was just such a sweet experience. On that note, service: Impeccable. I recently moved from WY and discovered this restaurant by accident and I am SO glad that I did. I decided to visit the restaurant for my birthday a few days ago (4/23) and what a surprise! The atmosphere had a modern and elegant feel to the space. I am glad that I made reservations. I truly enjoyed sitting out on the deck looking upon the Springtime views. My waitress, Maria, she made me feel so special and her ability to anticipate my needs was remarkable. I LOVED the all gluten-free options! The GF rolls were so delicious. Confession- I had so many of them, I really didn't have room for the main entree. The GF shrimp/lobster pasta dish was presented with an artistic flare and SO scrumptious. It was such a wonderful experience and I will be back.

Everything was excellent, from start to finish. We celebrated my daughter's 19th birthday, and had a great time. Food was original, with great combinations you won't find just anywhere, but with plenty of recognizable staples for the picky eater. I made advanced reservations, including a request for easy access because my sister is disabled, and they put us almost directly inside the entrance on the main floor, making it super easy for her to get to. Overall a great experience.
